Frequently asked questions
How do I secure my Wedding date?

Get in touch with us so we can check our availability for your date. We will then send you a link to complete a booking form and pay the non-refundable booking fee. Once this is paid, your date is secured.
Do you cover Republic of Ireland venues?

We are happy to travel anywhere in Northern Ireland the Republic of Ireland and our mileage charges will be applied within your quotation. In some cases there may be additional charges if an overnight stay is required for us to accommodate your booking, but this will be made clear within your quotation.
What if my wedding date changes or I have add more guests?

Your custom quotation will be based on the information at the time but we are happy to accommodate reasonable changes right up to 14 days before the wedding, on the basis of any additional costs paid upfront.

When is the balance of my booking due?

Your non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date and the remaining balance will be due for payment 30 days before the event, or sooner if preferred. If you would like to pay in instalments, just let us know and this can be arranged.
What size are the magnets included in my package?

Our magnets are 50mm x 50mm (2"x2"). Photos are printed on high quality photo paper, and encased in a glossy acrylic finish.

We will be offering larger 90mm x 65mm (3.5" x 2.5") magnets in the very near future - if you would like to know if this will be available for your wedding, please just ask.
